Vista Operating System Users

Users running the new Vista operating system may experience a problem when trying to connect to WebAccess. This is due to "SSL 2.0" being turned off by default within Vista. The fix is simple, however. By following the steps outlined below, you can enable "SSL 2.0" and you won't experience any further problems.

  1. Click on Tools
  2. Click on Internet Options end of the list
  3. Click on the Advanced tab
  4. Scroll to the bottom
  5. Place a checkmark in "Use SSL 2.0"
  6. Click OK
  7. WebAccess should now load properly
